921 _aI struggle to read this from cover to cover. While I find the topic fascinating, it's difficult to bounce back and forth from his anecdotal narrative and the exercises in each chapter. Since that's the book's purpose, I realize that I can only read it in small snippets at a time, and have to take frequent breaks to enjoy Peterson's writing.
